URI template matcher (proto)

This extension has the qualified name envoy.matching.matchers.uri_template

This extension is functional but has not had substantial production burn time, use only with this caveat.

This extension is intended to be robust against both untrusted downstream and upstream traffic.

This extension must be configured with one of the following type URLs:

• type.googleapis.com/envoy.extensions.matching.input_matchers.uri_template.v3.UriTemplate

Matches a string input, such as the :path header, against a URI template with the same semantics as route path_match_policy. The query string and fragment of the input are ignored, and the input is not otherwise normalized.
